The OLD SCHOOL taught that the star of Bethlehem was a supernova with it’s origins in the Orion nebula. All the math was there and the evidence was pinned down to within a few years, (good enough for it to be obvious) and it fits. The Orion nebula is bright enough to see with the naked eye and is, without question, the most beautiful thing in the sky.
This is a true color image of the Orion nebula taken from the ground with a (really good) DSLR, not simulated color from a probe. It makes perfect sense for this to be where the star of Bethlehem was seen.
UPDATE: I just noticed that the red portion of the Orion Nebula, where the old school said the star of bethlehem was, is shaped very much like a human heart. It would match exactly the shape in the middle of a beat. Coincidence? That’s up to you to decide. It is definitely worth pointing out.”

The synchronicity with this post! Ha ha. I live in Australia. I was joined in the shower by a big huntsman and I told her I didn’t want her to get hurt so she best move along. With a little encouragement, She did, and when I got out of the shower she was relocated into the garden. I often have conversations with all the critters.
Then the letter from a feral cat! That is so befitting. I have a feral here and we have developed a relationship whereby we acknowledge each other and I feed him and he has shelter but I respect his right to freedom and although I would love to cuddle him, I have had my heart lit up with him simply not running from me along with a meow and making contact with me by touching his nose to my hand. He’s a lovely boy and I love having him around. I love that he is ‘wild’. I call him Fuzz Ball.
Our natural state it is: ‘freedom to be oneself and honoring that for all’

In Robert Temple’s book “The Sirius Mystery” on page 187 he talks about Akhenaten’s desire to build a new geodetic capital, which he did but outraged the priests in the process.
He tried to establish a variation on the geodetic system of Egypt, and the boundary/ marker stones of Egypt literally. Temple gives details of this which can not be easily summarised in such a brief window here, but on page 194 he concludes, “Note that Thebes had established itself as the “navel” of Egypt but not on the basis of the “Behdet system” which Akhenaten apparently tried to revive.”
The “northern octave” if it were based on the Behdet system” would be the place called Behdet, not Thebes. Although Temple notes that Thebes was a complimentary system.
Akhenaten established a new capital for Egypt, the city of Akhet-Aten, “Resting-point of Aten”. The miles long remains of he buildings have been found and excavated in the locality known today as Tell el-Amarna. Akhenaten attempted to cut at the root of the power of the priests of the Temple of Amon in Thebes. Who through their control of the national oracle, identified with the god of the temple and had usurped the royal functions.
The Temple of Amon was the geodetic centre of Egypt “the navel” located on the eastern axis (32 degrees 38” east) crosses the Nile, at the parallel which is at 2/7 of the distance from the equator to the pole (25 degrees, 42′ 51” north), and the god Amon was identified with the hemispheric stone which marked this point.
The new city which was intended by Akhenaten to replace Thebes as a capital and geodetic centre of Egypt, was planted in a position which seems undesirable in terms of what we would consider the function of a capital, however it was set at latitude 27 degrees 45′ north, at the middle point between northernmost point BEHDET and the Southern limit of Egypt at latitude 24 degrees 00′ north.
He had chosen the geodetic centre conforming to an absolutely rigorous interpretation of MAET, the cosmic order of which the dimensions of Egypt were an embodiment. He followed exactly the standards of the pre-dynastic geodetic system, which counted in geographic cubits starting from BEHDET, there could be no question that Akhet-Aten is the “true and just” navel of Egypt.
“The conclusion implies that one should re-evaluate the entire historical role of Akhenaten, taking as the starting point what he himself considered the initial step in his program to establish true and just conformity with maet. There is a possibility that his revolutionary reforms, which extended from rleigion to art and family relations, where understood as a return o pre-dynastic ideas and practises.”

There is more than just this, and it a whole thing connected to lines and various points on them. But the Oracles had a really important role. And I suggest have a really important role once again were they to be revived.
